29 April 2013 - Green Park

Continuing on my previous trip to St James's Park, we went on to explore Green Park which was just across the road :) Another very beautifully landscaped park, trees were bare but they offered me a privileged view on how Autumn/Winter would look like :)

Beach chairs like these were set up at one corner of the park for visitors' use e.g. suntanning or even just reading a book in the bright sunny weather

Spotted a Eurasian Magpie (Pica pica) , or its relative, I am not sure since it just looks like the magpie I saw in Taiwan :P

A magnificent row of trees - I was overwhelmed, as I never see anything like that before in Singapore

I can totally imagine how much work and effort was taken to plant up these areas

That's all for Green Park, do drop by for a visit before or after visiting Buckingham Palace :) Definitely worth your time!
