27th April 2013 - Victoria Tower Gardens

This was my first trip to London, or anywhere near the European states at least!, Boy, i was so excited, all the history and culture just awaits me :D But i was most excited about visiting their parks! It was about springtime where I visited in end April and there was flowers everywhere, the cold weather just heightened my excitement since I was never a fan of the sun :P

First park that I will be covering will the Victoria Tower Gardens! It is situated near all the attractions like the Big Ben as well as Westminster Abbey.

The temperate flowers are showing me that they can be as beautiful as their tropical relatives :)

I saw a few photographers there taking photos of the park, at the end of the park, you can see the Buxton Memorial Fountain which I didn't managed to cover due to time constraints! I can see a second visit in the future! :D

Tulips?
My trip to London has been really enjoyable, I keep resisting the urge to roll around on the grass, the weather was awesomely cold. I just wanted to get a book and spend my entire day under a tree reading and enjoying nature! Stay tuned for other London adventures :D
